The PCM-2700 is the professional version of the DTC-77ES.
The key features of this model are the four head design and also the four direct drive transport motors.
The standard PCM-2700 included digital coaxial I/O in the form of RCA phono connectors (75 ohm) (IEC-958 type 1).
