I have two Video 60 Plus fluid heads for sale that include all the accessories, including the two telescoping/articulating pan bars, camera plate, and tie down knob, though both heads have differently sized knob bases. Both fluid heads have 150 mm bowls. 
The Fluid Heads were previously owned by VER till they were aquired by PRG and are in great condition functionally although visually scratched everything moves smoothly and all the dials are functional.
