Powered by Lake processing technology, the LMX 48 offers precise speaker management with support for multiple Lake Mesa or Contour modules. It includes configurable input routing with failover capabilities to ensure uninterrupted signal flow.

The unit supports dual redundant power supplies and provides synchronization options through word clock inputs, operating with a 96 kHz internal sampling rate. Control is via a high-contrast display with dynamic buttons and rotary encoder, alongside remote management through compatible software.
