Product description
This is a BrightSign XD236 digital signage media player in open-box/mint condition, previously used for a single art gallery installation. The XD236 is one of BrightSign's current-generation standard I/O players, built for reliable 4K/HD content playback in signage, retail, and gallery environments.
The player decodes 4K UHD (3840×2160) and HD (1920×1080) video at up to 60fps in 10-bit color, with hardware support for H.265/HEVC and H.264/AVC, and plays back common container formats including MP4, MOV, MKV, and WEBM. It outputs over a single HDMI 2.0a port and networks over Gigabit Ethernet with PoE+ support, so it can be powered over the same cable that carries its network connection where infrastructure supports it. Content is loaded via a microSD card slot (card not included) and the unit is configured through BrightSign's own BrightAuthor or BrightAuthor:connect software.
Includes the original 120V Edison-style power adapter. MicroSD card sold separately. 5-Year Manufacturer's warranty.
