This highly tuned and packaged system provides a massive sound system that will outperform any line array system of comparable cost. It is powered with an incredible amount of headroom from only (2) amp racks with a mere 4 cables between the racks and speaker stacks which provide a 4-way system with directional sub frequencies using an end-fire configuration. This PA has been used to cover outdoor crowds with audience members hundreds of feet from the PA with crystal clear articulation. See system details below: AMP RACKS: • Subwoofer Rack - This rack is powered by up to (4) 20-amp circuits, putting 2 Crown Itech HD 5000 amplifiers on each circuit, although these circuits can be combined when fewer are available. The power inputs use ‘powerCon in’ connectors as shown below. There are analog XLR inputs to the rack for Left/Right/Mono configurations but take advantage of fully digital signal delivery to the rack using its Dante interface (BLU-326). The rack includes a 24-port network switch and all internal signals between the DSP and amplifiers are digital, keeping noise below audibility. Each 5000-watt amplifier (qty 8) is BRIDGED to deliver the full capability of each amplifier to one of the (4) JBL ASB 6128 dual 18” Subwoofer cabinets. The DSP is preconfigured to create an end-fire delay to the front set of subs, creating a 10dB or greater differential below 80hz between the front and rear of the speaker clusters. From the amp-rack to each side of the stage, only a single 8-conductor NL-8 terminated cable (included) is needed. A breakout cable is provided for each side to convert the end of the single cable to (4) NL-4 connectors with color coding to designate the connection to the front or rear subwoofer stack. • Mains Rack - This smaller amp rack provides the amplifiers for the main cabinets with some spare, configurable outputs to drive side-fills, front-fills, monitors, or other speakers. This rack has its own Dante interface (BLU-DAN), allowing fully digital signal delivery to the rack with both primary and secondary Dante interfaces being available on the Ethercon connectors on the back of the rack. For analog delivery, XLR connectors allow for Left, Right, and 2 auxiliary inputs that can be used for additional signal amplification. The London BLU-800 DSP provides all the speaker management to provide an active 3-way amplified output to each side of the Adamson SX-18 cabinet cluster, using BRIDGED Crown Itech 5000 HD amplifiers for the low mids (18” Kevlar drivers on the SX-18), Crown DCI 4 x 1250-watt channels for the mid-horns, and Crown DCI 4 x 600-watt channels for the hi-frequency compression drivers. This leaves 2 channels of the 1250 watt/ch amplifier and 2 channels of the 600 watt/ch available to drive either a passive or bi-amped speaker (not included) in addition to the Adamson main speakers. The amp rack splits up power distribution within the rack from (2) 20-amp Powercon input connectors on the rear panel. It also includes a 10-port network switch to distribute all signals within the rack digitally. An 8-conductor speaker cable with NL-8 connectors delivers the rack’s main output to each SX-18 speaker stack. SPEAKERS: • Adamson SX-18 Speakers (6 total) - These speakers provide a high output using an 18” Kevlar LF driver, a 10” midrange driver with waveguide, and a 1.5” compression driver with a 40 x 60 waveguide. These boxes are made to be arrayed as you see in the pictures and fit nicely on top of the subs. Straps to join the boxes together with separate straps attaching them to the subs are provided for complete stability when combined. (4) short jumpers are included to combine the cabinets in parallel from the amp racks output provided through a single speaker cable. • JBL ASB 6128 Dual 18” Subs (8 total, 4 combined stacks) - These speakers pack an incredible wallop, especially when each cabinet is powered by a dedicated Itech 5000 HD amplifier! These subs have been arranged into 4 identical stacks that are position independent. In each stack, 2 cabinets have been joined together using metal straps in the rear and custom-made handles on the top and middle of each side. These handles help when rolling the stack as well as provide strap tie-down points for the cabinets on top and in the truck. Each stack is mounted on a custom-made castor plate that can be removed once the stack is positioned to provide direct contact with the ground surface. The self-aligning castor plate can then be replaced after the show to move the stack back to the truck. ADDITIONAL: • An additional subwoofer and SX18 midrange driver are included with the system. Also, a Gator trunk on castors for storing speaker cables, break-out cables, jumpers, and tie-down straps is included with PA. A power distro can also be added to the system at an additional costs
