miniPC Fresnel

The miniPC (with plano-convex lens) is similar to the mini Fresnel in
the way it produces a cone of light with adjustable width. Unlike the
Fresnel, it produces a beam with more defined edges, and with the
narrow beam setting, gives a greater light concentration.
