The PASSIO series is expanded with the new subwoofers PASSIO SUB 12 and 15. Five new K&F SystemAmps are exhibited at Prolight + Sound in Frankfurt as successors to the TOPAS and SystemRack. As part of the SPL (SneakPreListening), the innovation-fostering project VIDA is presented in the historical environment of the Royal Gardens of Herrenhausen in Hanover. Almost at the same time, the VIDA L with the cardioid module VIDA C makes its debut in China. In addition, more prestigious projects succeed at the highest level. In the Harbin Grand Theatre in China, for example, and in the famous Hamilton Theater in Canada, each with SEQUENZA 10, NOMOS subwoofers and the K&F SystemAmps of the PLM+ series, which are integrated into the DANTE network. In the new premium cinema complex, the ASTOR Grand Cinema in Hanover, the K&F SEQUENZA 5 line arrays, NOMOS subwoofer arrays and K&F D series SystemAmps are used impressively in combination with the Dolby Atmos technology. Furthermore, a very special cinema project is completed in which the wave field synthesis, which was developed for the market by Fraunhofer IDMT, and Kling & Freitag systems are proven again as ideal partners
