ABSC-25 AudioSeal Combination Sound Blanket

The ABSC-25 AudioSeal Combination Sound Blanket is a sound barrier panel used to block and absorb sound for interior applications.

The ABSC-25 AudioSeal Combination Sound Blanket (absorber/barrier/absorber) offers a sound barrier septum encapsulated with fiberglass, allowing sound absorption and sound attenuation in one efficient product. These sound blocking blankets are an excellent choice to block and absorb sound.

These AudioSeal acoustical blankets consist of a non-reinforced 1-lb or 2-lbs per square foot mass loaded vinyl barrier between two layers of vinyl coated recycled fiberglass cloth faced 1” quilted absorbers. The sound attenuation blankets are constructed with grommets across the top and Velcro® along the vertical edges and can be custom sized.

Typical uses include industrial sound control. These blankets are commonly used as separator walls or divider partitions and to line the perimeter of a building.

The ABSC-25 blankets are Class 1 fire-rated and are a double duty sound blanket in that they work for both absorbing and blocking sound.
